Image Ratio & Upload Guidelines

Please upload clear, high-quality product photos into the section that matches the final image ratio you want. Professional photos are preferred, but high-quality smartphone images are also acceptable. Avoid blurry, low-resolution, heavily filtered, or images with poor lighting.

Each final delivered image/ratio counts toward your package total. If the same product visual is requested in multiple ratios, each ratio version counts as a separate final image.

1:1 Ratio Uploads

Best for ecommerce listings, product pages, and website grids.

4:5 Ratio Uploads

Best for Instagram feed posts, Facebook posts, and vertical social media visuals.

9:16 Ratio Uploads

Best for Stories, Reels, TikTok, and full-screen mobile content.

Best for website banners, hero images, landing pages, and wide ads.
